The Holiday Bowl has the biggest net yard ranking difference with the Huskers outgaining their bowl opponents by 92 ypg while the Huskies are being outgained by 118.8 ypg. Boise St also has a huge advantage against Utah as they have outgained their opponents by 235.8 ypg while the Utes are being outgained by 63.2 ypg.
Sometimes the difference in ranking is not enough when evaluating the difference. Two years ago USC was #1 in Net Yards and they took on Penn St who was #9 in Net yards and while there was only a ranking difference of 8, USC actually had a 123.9 net yard advantage which was the fifth biggest difference.
