This is our only Mock Draft that will be posted prior to the April 28th NFL Draft in Chicago. While Phil Steele himself is fully invested into creating his 2016 College Preview at this time, two of his NFL writers, Sean Rhodes and Antonio Castro carefully put together this mock for your enjoyment.
